"Hero Without Tears" is a 1986 action film directed by John Woo, starring Chin Siu Ho and Qian Yuesheng. Chen Zhong is hired by a secret American agency to capture a Thai drug lord. The condition is to safely escort his son and niece to immigrate to the United States. Chen and his team are severely injured during the operation. In the midst of adversity, they reunite with an American explosives expert who decides to sacrifice himself to help Chen Zhong escape and repay the debt of saving his life.
